TITAN ATF 3353
Description
TITAN ATF 3353 is a DEXRON III generation ATF that was developed to meet the highest demands regarding smooth gear changes in automatic transmissions by Mercedes-Benz. TITAN ATF 3353 is based on a careful selection of base oils and additive technology which offers excellent wear protection, good viscosity-temperature characteristics and excellent friction properties. Our complex quality inspection ensures consistent product reliability.
Application
TITAN ATF 3353 was specifically developed for 4Matic transfer cases in Mercedes M- and R-Class Models (Type W164 and W251), with the use of MB 236.12 being required. Furthermore TITAN ATF 3353 can be used in 5-speed transmissions with regulated torque converter lockup clutch as well as in the former 5-speed transmissions without regulated torque converter lockup clutch. TITAN ATF 3353 can also be used in many applications where DEXRON III-type oils are recommended. TITAN ATF 3353 is miscible and compatible with conventional, branded ATFs. However, mixing with other transmission oils should be avoided in order to fully exhaust this product’s benefits. A complete oil drain is recommended before converting to TITAN ATF 3353.
