Maintenance is the key
Regular maintenance of automatic transmissions, including oil change, is of great importance for long and failure-free exploitation.
An outworn oil (sludge and metal debris) causes the following problems:
- gear shifting troubles (Jerks, blows and clutch slipping)
- wear of transmission components and friction increase
- damage to seals for acidity increase
- damage to the valve block and torque converter
- fuel consumption increase
Saving on maintenance means spending more money!
Why using the ATF machine?
The machine allows the complete transmission oil replacement.
Draining oil from the drain plug and then refilling is not a good practice. Most of the oil remains inside the torque converter (50-70%). With the device we offer and the dynamic oil change the whole system is flushed, more than 90% of used fluid is removed and replaced with fresh and clean oil.
Many of the automatic transmission malfunctions are solved by flushing and replacing oil.

Full automation
The service procedure is software-assisted and fully automatic. All you need is to set the gearbox oil capacity, provide extra oil for flushing, set minimum oil temperature to start the procedure, disaasembly oil pan.
Constant detection
- Automatic measurement of gearbox ATF temperature (flushing cycle is started only if the ATF Oil is warm enough)
- Self-adapting flushing speed to the gearbox characteristic by using the electronic pumps flow rates control
- Transmission oil level is constant during flushing
- ATF automatic flow detection allows detecting the oil flow direction on every type of gearbox in every conditions
- Density automatic calibration
- Zero-Cross contamination
No pressure gauges
No pressure gauges due to 2 pressure sensors in class 1 - much more accurate than analog pressure gauges. Only with electronic pressure sensors you can manage complex functions, such as automatic flow rate detection, automatically procedure, etc.
