It's called RENOCLEAN FXM 4005 and is ideal for cleaning aqueous fluid circuits. This FUCHS cleaning agent is free of biocides and fungicides, has been developed for modular systems and is used in water-based industrial fluids and coolants in centralized systems or individual machines. RENOCLEAN FXM 4005 is applied directly to the aqueous fluid at a concentration of 1-2% and must be in operation for a minimum of 8 hours and a maximum of 24 hours, depending on how dirty it is. This cleaning agent does not alter the pH value and no additional foam forms in the fluid. RENOCLEAN FXM 4005 guarantees excellent cleaning performance and thus contributes to machine efficiency.

For scheduled shutdowns in December to clean aqueous fluid circuits, we present our RENOCLEAN FXM 4005.

RENOCLEAN FXM 4005 can be combined as required with a biocide and/or fungicide in accordance with our FUCHS CARE service program.
RENOCLEAN FXM 4005 must be applied directly to the aqueous fluid at a concentration of 1-2% and must be in operation for a minimum of 8 hours and a maximum of 24 hours.
The addition of this product does not change the pH value and there is no additional foaming in the fluid. The use of this product allows residues in the machine, pipes or reservoirs of the system to be released and re-emulsified. The complete cleaning effect of the system is only achieved if the fluid circulates through all parts of the system.
For deeply soiled equipment, it is recommended to increase the flushing time to 24 hours. Resistant dirt build-up is most easily removed mechanically and after rinsing all relevant parts of the system with clean water.
RENOCLEAN FXM 4005 is compatible with a wide range of water-soluble machining fluids and is particularly suitable for all products in the ECOCOOL and RENOFORM ranges.
