FUCHS renews the FRICOFIN range: even more high-tech antifreeze

Conscious of its responsibility to keep the world moving, FUCHS doesn't stand still either. The world's largest independent lubricants group has now introduced a renewal of its antifreeze range. The FRICOFIN range includes new fluids that comply with the latest European standards and guarantee more advanced performance profiles. 

What does this mean for FUCHS customers? "Since antifreeze is one of the main allies of engines, given its role in maintaining the right temperature, we decided to make what was already excellent even better," says André Castro Pinheiro, director of the automotive division at FUCHS, adding: "We carried out a thorough review of the formulations to ensure compliance with the requirements of the main OEM manufacturers, as well as the safety conditions for handling the products." It should be noted that the new products are not direct equivalents of the old ones. For this reason, FUCHS is making new technical data sheets available with up-to-date information on the specifications covered by each product.

FUCHS has also replaced the name MAINTAIN with TITAN. This new name will be applied to all the products in the old range (antifreeze, brake fluids, additives, etc.). According to André Castro Pinheiro, "this change is intended to bring greater added value to the range of service fluids, since the TITAN name has greater global visibility and recognition."
