New RENOCLEAN range for application at room temperature

Water-soluble degreasers for immediate application? In other words, without heating the washing bath? FUCHS has it. The world's largest independent manufacturer of innovative lubrication solutions now offers three products for application at room temperature: RENOCLEAN MSO 3006 for cleaning aluminium parts, RENOCLEAN MSO 3008 for cleaning all types of metal and RENOCLEAN FSO 4008 for cleaning steel parts. As well as being more environmentally friendly and more practical to use, they have many advantages. Here are a few: they reduce energy costs and water consumption, provide even better protection against corrosion, clean very effectively and have a long service life.

RENOCLEAN MSO 3006
Product specially developed for cleaning Aluminium parts, with the following characteristics:
- Good cleaning properties for soluble, integral and stamping cutting fluids
- Does not foam even at room temperature
- Low surface tension and no inorganic salts (very good wettability)
- Very good oil separation
- Good resistance to microbiological contamination

RENOCLEAN MSO 3008
Product for all types of metals, with the following characteristics:
- High corrosion protection in damp chambers
- Good cleaning properties for soluble and integral cutting fluids
- Does not foam even at room temperature
- Low surface tension and no inorganic salts (no droplet formation)
- Very good oil separation
- Good resistance to microbiological contamination

RENOCLEAN FSO 4008
Product specially developed for cleaning steel parts, including hardening (after hardening and before tempering), with the following characteristics:
- Very good protection against corrosion in damp chambers
- Good cleaning properties for coolants, cutting fluids and stamping fluids
- Does not foam even at room temperature
- Low surface tension and no inorganic salts (very good wettability)
- Very good oil rejection
- Good resistance to microbiological contamination
- Free of MEA and TEA and phenols, boron, phosphorus, formaldehyde releasers, etc.
