Lub Asyst of Romania became Fuchs Lubricants România
As of December 1, 2017, the FUCHS Group which is running a worldwide marketing business in industrial and automotive lubricants has purchased the business of the Romanian company LUB ASYST SRL which specialized in lubricants and related services. The local company is now FUCHS LUBRICANTS Romania.
As a long-time partner of FUCHS, LUB ASYST SRL generated sales income of EUR 4 mio. in 2017. The purchased covered the company assets and staff.
