Description
CARBAFLO XTR5F fluid is an odorless, glossy yellowish fluoropolymer coating which does not harden. It may be applied to all substrate materials without any concerns regarding its compatibility. It also shows improved wetting and application properties. After the evaporation of the carrier liquid a thin, anti-squeak-effective film remains which can be detected on any surface by a UV lamp.
Field of application
CARBAFLO XTR5F fluids are used to avoid squeaking noise in the vehicle interior and for sealing systems. Chemically similar to the CARBAFLO KSP range, CARBAFLO XTR products offer a wider temperature range, an improved durability and an even lower volatility. The CARBAFLO XTR range exceeds the requirements of the automotive industry based on an extremly wide application temperature range.
Method of application
A thin film of CARBAFLO XTR5F is applied to clean surfaces by spraying, wiping or dipping. Manual or automatic application options are possible.
