New, high-efficiency cleaning for hydraulic and circulation systems
Do you find that deposits and other oil residues can cause major problems in circulation and hydraulic systems? If so, you’re not alone. FUCHS is now launching a simple, new, highly efficient solution to this problem: RENOLIN CLEAN.
RENOLIN CLEAN is a high-performance cleaner that combines extremely effective cleaning with excellent oxidation stability. It also dissolves really tough deposits inside lubrication and hydraulic systems, conveying the pollutants to filters that can then be replaced. Ideal in securing reliable operation and production, by minimising the risk of blocked valves and so on – whether you’re dealing with thin deposits, thick varnish or other oil residues. You may even just be changing the oil in the whole system.
A simple investment can make a big difference
RENOLIN CLEAN is a relatively low investment that could make a big difference and have a lasting impact on your machinery’s function and life span.
“We’ve been testing this cleaner for a while now, and so far I’ve only seen benefits,” says Application Engineer Johnny Strömberg. “It has proven to be a very effective problem-solver for my customers.”
One of those customers is a paper mill that operates on the global market. The mill has two paper machines, and one was causing problems after a stoppage. Deposits in the system were blocking valves, leading to production disruptions, and there were also thick deposits on the flow meters, making it impossible to see whether the bearings were being lubricated properly.
“We added RENOLIN CLEAN to the system and let it work through for a couple of months, after which we changed oil. The difference was amazing. Even now, two years later, we can’t see any new deposits. Our plan now is to do the same thing on the other paper machine.”
Make it simple – speak to us
If you would like to clean or change the oil in your systems using RENOLIN CLEAN, the first thing to do is contact us at FUCHS – that way, one of our engineers can help you find the best solution: What system are we dealing with? How big is it? What level of cleaning is needed? And what type of oil is circulating through the system?
Nothing too advanced, but these are important questions to determine how much RENOLIN CLEAN we should use, and how long it should be in the system. This is why it’s vital to have the right expertise involved from the initial assessment.
“This makes life very easy for our customers, as all they have to do is call our Customer Services,” says Johnny Strömberg. “After that, an engineer visits the site and carries out the cleaning project alongside the customer. And we’re right by the customer’s side all the way, keeping an eye on things.”
