Refrigeration compressor oils for refrigerants such as propane R290, propene R1270 and isobutane/butane R600a/R600

In an age of growing focus on climate change and reducing greenhouse gases, the EU Regulation on Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases plays a key role in the EU’s climate strategy. The regulation aims to reduce emissions of strong greenhouse gases in order to protect the environment and human health. There is a tendency today towards using refrigerants with low GWP (Global Warming Potential) in cooling and air conditioning systems, and in heat pumps. These include natural refrigerants such as ammonia, carbon dioxide and hydrocarbons, as well as synthetic ones that have lower environmental impact.
We have now added a further viscosity, VG 68, to our series of fully synthetic PAG-based refrigeration oils, RENISO LPG.
RENISO LPG 68, RENISO LPG 100, RENISO LPG 220.
These oils are designed to function optimally with low GWP refrigerants such as propane, propene and isobutane/butane. In cooling and air conditioning systems, as well as in heat pumps. Also in systems with ammonia, R717. They can also be used in the transport and compression of natural gas.
