CEPLATTYN KG 10 HMF-2500 dibuat dari base oil terpilih dengan kekentalan tinggi yang menggunakan kompleks sabun aluminium sebagai pengental. Dilengkapi dengan aditif adhesive khusus tanpa kandungan klorin dan logam berat bersama dengan komponen grafit koloidal dengan kemurnian tertinggi dengan ukuran yang sangat halus yang kemudian memberikan kinerja yang sangat baik. CEPLATTYN KG 10 HMF-2500 tidak mengandung pelarut. CEPLATTYN KG 10 HMF-2500,CEPLATTYN 300 dan CEPLATTYN RN akan memberikan keseimbangan sistem pelumasan multifase FUCHS LUBRITECH.
CEPLATTYN KG 10 HMF-2500 sangat sesuai untuk digunakan pada aplikasi beban berat dengan beban tiba-tiba karena memiliki kandungan base oil yang sangat kental yang akan menghasilkan efek bantalan. Kandungan pelumas padat yang tinggi akan menjamin kestabilan lapisan film di luar suhu operasional normal sekalipun. CEPLATTYN KG 10 HMF-2500 berfungsi sebagai pelumas operasional pada penggerak roda gigi dengan beban puncak yang sangat tinggi khususnya pada kasus roda gigi penggerak yang sudah mengalami kerusakan.
CEPLATTYN KG 10 HMF-2500 bekerja sebagai pelumas operasional untuk penggerak roda gigi terbuka yang biasanya digunakan pada kiln rotari, ball mill untuk menghaluskan batubara, pengering, dan ekskavator berukuran besar seperti banyak digunakan di banyak industri primer. Merupakan pelumas yang baik untuk pelumasan rantai ukuran besar, rack roda gigi, dan permukaan luncur pada konstruksi hidrolik baja.
CEPLATTYN KG 10 HMF-2500 juga dapat diaplikasikan secara bersamaan dengan menggunakan sistem semprot pada umumnya. Pada suhu dibawah +5 °C / + 40°F perlakuan khusus diperlukan untuk menjamin kemudahan proses semprot misalnya dengan pemanasan. Konsumsi sangat tergantung pada kebutuhan operasional.
