FUCHS LUBRICANTS (UK) plc – 24th March 2020
FUCHS UK manufactures lubricants for key industry sectors including food, pharmaceutical, military, energy generation, logistics, transport, agriculture and the paper industry which supplies many products for our essential daily needs. We are a vital industry supplier and therefore it is critical that we continue production.
Our top priority is the health of our staff and our customers, but because of the outstanding commitment of our teams, we are maintaining production levels to meet the demands of customers, sustaining stock levels of finished goods and raw materials, and our deliveries and lead times remain unaffected.
As a responsible employer we have taken additional steps to protect our staff and customers, above and beyond the government advice, and as the situation evolves, we will continue to follow this advice.
Our delivery drivers will maintain safe distances and adjust to stipulations set by your company. If you have any special requests, please just ask.
Our message to customers and industry is that we are here to help.

As a result of the coronavirus pandemic, we are currently experiencing a crisis that is a great burden and challenge.
For several weeks now, we have been working with a crisis management team that centrally coordinates risk minimisation measures.
The health protection of our employees and business partners has absolute priority.
At the same time, we are doing everything in our power to secure our business processes and thus the service and supply for our customers.
Our supply chains are currently intact, with production operating on a regular basis, and order processing as well as deliveries take place reliably.
Unfortunately, we have to admit that the dynamics of the crisis do not allow for long-term statements.
