Award for FUCHS Young Talent

FUCHS is proud to announce that Will Mancini has been awarded the UKLA Special Commendation Award for Young Employee of the Year 2024.

Will joined senior members of the FUCHS UK team at the annual United Kingdom Lubricants Association (UKLA) awards dinner in London – Where he and the team were delighted to hear the announcement.

Will joined FUCHS UK’s technical team in 2019 and the following year started his degree apprenticeship where he achieved a BEng (Hons) with Aston University. He currently holds the position of Technical Reliability Engineer.

During his time at FUCHS Will has developed his technical knowledge and has proven to be an integral member of the technical team, offering assistance and advice to customers plus helping FUCHS UK’s drive with its Smart Service implementation.
