ECOCOOL GLOBAL 2500
Description
ECOCOOL® GLOBAL 2500 is an advanced met-alworking fluid unlike any other product in the market today. It benefits users by increasing operational efficiency via extended cutting tool life and sump longevity that exceeds the competition. In addition to increasing machine operating time users experience cost savings through reduced tooling purchases and lower disposal. Based on Fuchs’ patented technology it provides benefits to Opera-tions, Maintenance, Purchasing, EH&S and Quality Management.
ECOCOOL® GLOBAL 2500 has been formulated for use on difficult aluminium applications however it is effective when used in ferrous and other metal applications as well.
ECOCOOL® GLOBAL 2500 is future proved against EH&S guidelines as it is free of boron, secondary amines, chlorinated paraffins, bactericides, formaldehyde release biocides, and other restricted chemicals.
Application
ECOCOOL® GLOBAL 2500 is mixed with water for use. Typical in use concentration is 5-7% but your local FUCHS representative can provide you with specific recommendations.
