Structures

FUCHS coolant technology is approved by leading global manufacturers such as Boeing, Airbus, Rolls-Royce, and Pratt & Whitney. This offers subcontractors confidence in the quality and reliability of our products. ECOCOOL GLOBAL 1000 is approved by Airbus and conforms to BAC 5008 Sections 5&6.

Minimum Quantity Lubrication involves applying small amounts of high-lubricity oil, mixed with air, precisely at the tool-work piece contact point. FUCHS' MQL products deliver the benefits of minimal fluid usage, reduced waste, dry swarf for recycling, and shorter cycle times, all while maintaining optimal performance.
