PLANTO HYTRAC PLUS

Biodegradable Premium Performance multifunctional Oil (UTTO) for tractor transmissions with or without wet brakes.

Description

PLANTO HYTRAC PLUS is the environmentally friendly alternative for mineral oil-based multifunctional oils (type UTTO). PLANTO HYTRAC PLUS is a Premium Performance multifunctional oil (UTTO/MFO) for use in transmission and hydraulic systems with integrated wet brakes, clutches and differentials in agricultural and construction machinery. PLANTO HYTRAC PLUS is biodegradable and not water-soluble. In case of leakages PLANTO HYTRAC PLUS will remain in the upper soil layers and will be biodegraded there.

Applications

PLANTO HYTRAC PLUS is used in manual transmission and gear/hydraulic systems with or without integrated oil-bath brakes. Halving the drain interval, compared to conventional mineral-based products, is recommended. Components requiring an automatic transmission oil cannot be filled with PLANTO HYTRAC PLUS. Switching to PLANTO HYTRAC PLUS does not require a change of seals or filter elements, but this needs to be verified in each case. Attention: Due to the very high cleaning property of the base oils the filter cartridges should be checked and, if required, changed after 50 operating hours. More than one filter change may be necessary. One-component repair varnishes are usually not resistant to PLANTO HYTRAC PLUS. Avoid the contact of PLANTO HYTRAC PLUS with surfaces covered with repair varnishes which are very often are not resistant to biodegradable base oils.

PLANTO HYTRAC PLUS is miscible and compatible with conventional, branded multifunctional oils. However, mixing with other multifunctional oils should be avoided in order to fully exhaust this product’s benefits. A complete oil drain is recommended before converting to PLANTO HYTRAC PLUS.
