RENOFORM OS 6560
Heavy Duty Water Emulsifiable Drawing and Stamping Compound
Description
RENOFORM OS 6560 is a heavy duty water emulsifiable drawing and stamping compound. It is intended for severe drawing, stamping and blanking operations on ferrous metals and aluminum. It can also be used for galvanized or copper alloys, provided formed parts are cleaned immediately. This product is designed for recirculating systems.
RENOFORM OS 6560 is water soluble so it is economical to use and it is easily cleaned from parts. It contains a superior rust inhibitor package to provide excellent “in-process” corrosion protection of ferrous metals. RENOFORM OS 6560 is non-gumming for a clean running operation, and it is compatible with carbide tooling.
How to Use
RENOFORM OS 6560 can be applied with roller coat, brush or drip equipment. When diluted with water, it can be flood or spray applied. For very difficult draws, use RENOFORM OS 6560 as received without dilution. For flood or spray recirculating systems, mix RENOFORM OS 6560 with water, blending oil or solvents. Typical dilution range is 2 to 10 parts water to 1-part product. When mixing with water, always add RENOFORM OS 6560 to the water, with agitation.
