VGP-compliant lubricant for the lubrication of wire ropes

Description

CEPLATTYN R-VGP was especially developed to meet the requirements of the US Environmental Protection Agency for Environmentally Acceptable Lubricants (EAL) and thus comply with the Vessel General Permit (VGP). CEPLATTYN R-VGP is a black grease with special solid lubricants and highly effective anti-corrosion and anti-wear additives.

Field of application

 CEPLATTYN R-VGP is intended for the lubrication of wire ropes used in environmentally sensitive areas, such as harbours, ships, water locks, etc.

Method of application

 CEPLATTYN R-VGP is applied manually by brush or glove or via suitable rope lubricators.
