RENOLIN CHAINLUBE HT 500 (Formerly STABYLAN 500 HT)

Synthetic high temperature lubricating oil

Description

RENOLIN CHAINLUBE HT 500 is a clear amber, solid-free, synthetic oil engineered for prolonged use at high temperatures. It is a clean, ashless formulation for continuous service without harmful residue buildup. The viscosity grade of this product is light enough to provide thorough penetration when applied, but also a very high viscosity index to hold a sufficient, sustained lubricating film at the high end of the operating temperature range (up to 550° F). RENOLIN CHAINLUBE HT 500 has extremely low evaporation loss which leads to economical consumption rates and less waste.

Application

RENOLIN CHAINLUBE HT 500 is especially suited for conveyorized oven chains running on antifriction roller bearings. Typical of this configuration are continuous proof and bake systems for industrialized production of bread, rolls and buns. Other applications include overhead conveyor bearings on metal finishing, paint lines or curing ovens; lithograph printing lines; textile finishing tenterframes; and film stretching ovens.

Advantages

  • Operating temperature up to 550 °F
  • High viscosity index
  • Clean, ashless formulation with no solid additives
  • Extremely low evaporation loss
  • Minimal residue formation
