The ANTICORIT range of industrial corrosion inhibitors is intended for protection periods ranging from a few months to years of storage, and for transit distances ranging from local to intercontinental.

Many of the ANTICORIT products offered by FUCHS US are in the ANTICORIT global core product range, meaning they are equally available in all major manufacturing countries worldwide, with identical chemistries, quality standards and regulatory compliance in all manufacturing centers. The global core range provides customers with assurance of consistency, performance standards, and permits easy specification of corrosion preventives for manufacturing plants anywhere in the world.

The product types offered in the US include all commonly used protective technologies, including the following:

ANTICORIT DFO / ANTICORIT DFW Ranges

Oil or wax-like material in carrier that evaporates after application, leaving a nearly imperceptible film of only a few microns thickness after drying, yet offering protection suitable for intercontinental shipping when used with appropriate packaging, or for long term indoor storage.

ANTICORIT BGI Range

Vapor phase corrosion protection additive formulated into a corrosion protection oil, to provide both a liquid coating and protection from humidity after packaging. These materials are suited for packaged finished parts, for example, bearings.

ANTICORIT AQ Range

Water miscible synthetic products which leave an oil free surface, suitable for indoor storage of up to a few months, or shipping with up to a few days transit time, with appropriate packaging.

ANTICORIT OS Range

Water miscible mineral oil emulsions, leaving a very light film with some lubricating value and compatible with many other mineral oil lubricants used in downstream processing or after assembly of the protected parts.

ANTICORIT CPX Range

Long term vehicle and outdoor mobile equipment cavity, frame and undercarriage protection from road salt and debris, automotive and truck OEM approved and proven performance.

Most ANTICORIT products are easily applied by spray, flood, dip or drip applications, and cleaned, if necessary, in alkaline cleaning systems or with mineral solvents.
