Food & Drink Technology Africa is the premier beverage and food event in Southern Africa, tailored to the specific needs of the market, taking place from 4-6 September at the Gallagher Convention Centre in Johannesburg.

FUCHS Lubricants will display its range of food-grade lubricants aimed at the food processing industry. This falls under the company’s LUBRITECH division, focusing on the development and production of high-performance lubricants and release agents, for highly-specialised food processing applications. The products include FUCHS NSF H1-registered lubricants for the food industry, which comply with the strictest halal and kosher specifications.

“With this being the first time FUCHS Lubricants is exhibiting at the event, we will be launching our ISO 21469 accreditation and promoting the CASSIDA food grade brand,” said Giles Cutter, Lubritech Divisional Manager, FUCHS Lubricants SA.

The products are NSF registered and CASSIDA production sites are certified as per ISO 21469. Kosher and Halal certifications are available proving that the lubricants meet the religious and legal food requirements of Muslim and Jewish customers,” he said.
