At an event at its head-office in Isando, Johannesburg, Fuchs Lubricants announced its 2017 sponsorships of Monroe Racing, Lance Isaacs Racing, Team Truggy, AM Racing, MAD Racing and Wilford Racing.

“Fuchs Lubricants is proud to be a sponsor and to be associated with these racing teams. We are confident of continued success and of our strong relationships going into 2017,” said Fatima Moolla, product manager Automotive, Fuchs Lubricants SA.

Dewald Brummer, driver of MAD Racing, won the 2016 Investchem Formula Ford championship title and is now the SA champion. Team MAD Racing’s Bevan Williams won the 250 Kart Series. The Formula 400 Endurance kart series was won by the duo of Brummer and Williams as well is being crowned Class G Champions in the SA Endurance Series. “This was a hugely successful sponsorship for Fuchs,” said Ms Moolla.

For the Monroe team, Savannah Woodward and CJ Hackart will be competing in the 600cc bike category and Lyle Ramsay will be in action in the Comsol VW Challenge in his Monroe Racing VW Polo.

Lance Isaacs Racing team duo, Lance Isaacs and Justin Gillesen, are ready to make their mark in the 2017/18 Super GP race season. Isaacs races in the Super GP and SuperM Class. He was crowned the 2016 SuperM class champion.

Alex Marques races in the SuperHatch racing series and recently upgraded his vehicle to a VW Polo. Terry and Larry Wilford participate in the V8 Supercar Modified series where both drivers had a successful 2016 season.
