FUCHS Lubricants brand ambassadors proved to be a dominant force at their various Motorsport competitions. Race Report - 17 August

Lyle Ramsay completed an almost perfect weekend during Round 6 of the 2019 MotorMart VW Challenge championship. The Monroe Racing team driver put on a showstopper as he won both races.

After showing good pace throughout Friday, where it was clear that who his main opposition would be, Ramsay set the second fastest time during the qualifying session.  

Race 1: Ramsay showed determination from the start of the race taking the lead where he stayed unchallenged until the end of the heat and ending with the fastest lap of the race.

Race 2: Ramsay started in pole and stayed in the lead to bring the car home for his second win of the day. The 7th round of the 2019 MotorMart VW Challenge will take place at Aldo Scribante Raceway in Port Elizabeth on Saturday, September 19.

The Auto Complete Mini, driven by Rory Nossiter finished race 1 in 5th overall and 2nd in class and race 2 in 4th overall and 2nd in class.

PTrimbone - Three riders from the team Raced in the Livingstonebikefest held in Zambia. The two-day festival of Enduro riding and adventure bike riding saw riders Michael Struik finishing 3rd in Junior’s and Darren Gray 3rd overall. Unfortunately, Travis Teasdale had an accident.

Marc Ansley - Round 5 of the South African National Motocross Championship took place at the Thundervalley Raceway in Pietermaritzburg.

Ansley qualified 4th in the 30+ Class. He went on to finish 4th in Heat 1 and 5th in Heat 2. Overall, he was given a 5th for the day. His next race will be a Regional at Terra Topia on 28 September 2019.
