The weekend’s racing was fruitful for FUCHS Lubricants-sponsored racing teams in the various Motorsport competitions across the country.

Auto Complete - After a good qualifying session were Rory qualified 2nd in class and 5th overall, race 1, saw a couple of cars getting involved in an accident including the Mini. However, the bumper bash didn’t stop the team from finishing 3rd in Class in the race.

Race 2: After some repairs in the pits, the Mini raced well, staying in 5th place overall. Unfortunately, the car came to a halt on the main straight due to a battery failure. “Not all is lost, and the team is looking forward to their next race in October,” said Rory

MAD Racing's Dewald Brummer proved to be a force to be reckoned as he made a remarkable return to the Clubmans Class during the Inland and Historic Championship Tour Racing at the 2.4km Zwartkops raceway.

Brummer started the first race in 8th position on the grid. His prowess saw him finish the race in 3rd place overall for the day.
