Rich Racing SA Junior rider Connor #333 participated in his second ever race at the Linex Yamaha Lynnwood junior development series at the Erora MX track on Sunday 18 April.

Heat 1: A full grid greeted him for qualifying and nerves where very apparent as the first heat Connor slowly got to grips with the new track and ended a credible 8th.

Heat2: After some start line coaching, Connor grit his teeth and managed a front position at the first corner, unfortunately inexperience played the part and colided with a fellow rider breaking the brake lever and a bit confidence. After mounting again, Connor circulated and learnt to ride with no brakes finished 13th.

Heat 3: Determined to make good, Connor once again arrived at the first corner in second, this time calmly dictated the pace in second and constantly changed places from second, third and back. Finally finishing in a very close 4th place. With all table top jumps now being cleared, Connor showed great improvement and determination! A little more practice and some coaching we all look forward to the next round of more fast fun.
