#FUCHSLubricants-sponsored teams have proven that obstacles don’t need to be a deterrent as they gave it their all at the various Motocross competitions - Race Report 29 May.
Marc Ansley #MA18Racing: Round 5 of the Inland Motocross Championship took place at the newly revamped track at Chestnut Hill Raceway Park in Pretoria.
Practice: Ansley, came out guns blazing but had a minor incident. However, that didn’t stop him from giving it his best to qualify 2nd in the MX3 Masters Class going into Heat 1.
Heat 1: Ansley got off to a slow start and found himself last in the pack. His experience saw him pass almost all his competitors, taking the lead and finishing 1st.
Heat 2: Ansley’s confidence once again played a major role as he won the heat. Overall, going 1-1 gave him a 1st overall in the MX3 Masters Class for the day.
#PeakYamaha: Five riders competed in the Regional Enduro Class.
In the 85cc Class, FUCHS-sponsored Sam Pedlar finished 5th in the 125 High School Class and Ross MacKenzie finished 6th - but his fellow teammate Ross Ramseyer did not finish due to technical problems. Andrew Houston finished 6th in the E1 Class and Stefan Landman was 11th in the Club Class.
