At the very beginning of the season when the SuperGP Championship Trophy calendar was released, we knew that Dezzi Raceway was going to be a challenge for our team and it turned out to be exactly that.

The result was a 9th position in qualifying for race 1 which was the worst of the season for Lance Isaacs. Race 1: The 18-lap race turned out to be a good one for Lance. Starting from P9 he finished in P6.

In race 2, Lance took off 0,5sec off his best time of the weekend which saw his performance improve. He finished in P6 in the second race and secured another 9 points for the championship.

“I am happy with the weekend’s racing and I feel a third-place finish in the Championship is still possible this season. I would like to thank my sponsor FUCHS Lubricants for their support,” said Isaacs.

Round 7 of the SuperGP Championship takes place on 26th August at Phakisa Raceway.
